Del Cox on K-12 Funding in House Budget

Del. Kirk Cox (R-Colonial Heights) addresses the House of Delegates on K-12 funding in the recently passed House budget. He addresses irresponsible claims by the Virginia Education Association (VEA) wildly different than the actual bills. For example, the VEA claimed cuts of .8 billion. The bill actually reduces K12 funding by about million compared to former Gov. Kaine’s budget.
