Inspiring elementary, middle and high school students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, the NSC can help your school, home school, club, or independent group. This unique public/private partnership between the US Army and a 501 ( c ) ( 3 ), not-for-profit, was created by an Act of Congress during the 1980′s.
