Mendon band 1
This is the 1991 Award Winning Mendon Union high School marching Band. This band is Made Up of 7-12 grade students. with an avarage size graduating class being 18-20 You can see why we had to use 7 and 8 graders. The band had one many many first place and superior rating awards both in marching and single student solo and percusion awards, Even Bringing home Grand Chapion over all awards betting out bands of well over our entire k-12 school size. Lee Ann Snyder was the band director. Who I can say changed my life and help to mold me into the person you see today.. God Speed to you Snyder and may you rest in peace. The band was admired by many as the band performed in many compititions across the eastern half of ohio. The School closed with the last graduation class 1992. I am very glad to have gone and honorard to have gone to mendon and only wish my children could have experienced the greatness the school had to offer. wich was more then the education I received there.
